Cardio is a cardiovascular exercise. Cardio exercise is any
exercise that raises your heart rate. You should exercise or do an activity for
your heart for about 20 min. It’s important to work out your heart because it lowers
your risk of heart disease. One exercise or activity that helps your heart is football. It helps you with your heart when you run to
tackle the other players. Another reason is when you jump to catch the ball
when they throw it to you so you can make a touchdown.
One activity I do is run in the treadmill at the gym for 10 minutes; I do that activity every 5 days of the week. I could help others by telling them about the consequences if you don’t exercise your heart. What I would also do is take my friends on a run to hang out or catch up with what our lives have been while working out. I could live a healthier life by eating healthier by working out and doing activities in the fresh air, stop eating junk food. Another thing is to balance my diet start eating in proportions and stop skipping breakfast meals.
I have no time to eat and have to go to school in time plus the school food is nasty. Going to the gym every day, running out side by the riverbed with my friends and eat healthy and avoid eating junk food. Would be my exercise for the heart during vacation and I would also work out my core my arms and legs. Eating healthy would of course be one on the things I would do on my vacation. I would also go with my friends running to help them with their heart problems.
